I work as a sustainability consultant here in Manchester and there's huge scope for more of such things in Manchester if your organisation has the capacity/funding. There's also lots of potential links into formal education, both in the curriculum and through the many other targets that schools have to meet (education consultancy for sustainability is my company's main focus).
