I`d like to book a place on your july 10 bicycle generator course at bristol – but when I go to the Lili site they have the course down as having already taken place on 26th june………..
Any ideas????

You’ll need to book through the LILI website – http://www.lowimpact.org/windmill_hill_pedal_power.htm

The number of generators really depends on the power consumption of the audio visual equipment that you’ll be using for the event. Bearing in mind that the average cyclist can reliably generate 50 Watts per bike. We ‘ve gigs using our 8 bicycle system in a variety of settings from carparks to warehouses so if you need any more help then feel free to send me an email – adam@magnificentrevolution.org

Hello Lorna – I’m no expert on any of this myself, but I recently interviewed a girl called Ruth Royall, who’s started a project to build a bike-powered gig rig, and put on events with it… She’s lovely, and would probably be able to offer some tips. More details here:
