We have to say that we were just a tiny bit nervous about the all day workshop at the Hackney City Farm. We’ve previously done only very short workshops and a whole day of bike power seemed daunting. However, it was a success. The course was fully booked. The crossection of people attending was great: from general enthusiasts to artist, and campaigners. People were local and not so local. We’ve already heard from few of our students and their plans to build their generators for all sorts of pursuits. We are glad that they managed to learn enough to go off and feel confident to have a go at doing it themselves BUT we’re also glad that we’ve learned about what people would like to get out of our courses and bike power in general. We welcomed all feedback and are already spearheading improvement on our course delivery. We may even do a residential course at LILI…….so if you interested keep checking our website!
