Mag Rev takes it to another level. We took advantage of some of the great connections we made with people at climate camp and met up with Jamie. The idea was to record some bicycle sounds to make a sneaky track. Well, I guess we’ll put Jamie to the test. What is he going to cook up from the sounds of wheels turning, gears changing, chain rattling and metal tapping? Let’s see. We may use this track as our web sound or as sound for the revolutionary animation reel.

We couldn’t really record anything from Barbora’s fixie as it is just so smooth. Ahhh. After our little recording session inside we wanted to go out into the streets and capture the sounds of a bike whizzing by. Of course, it never happened as it was raining. What a surprise, hey? We had no other option apart from visiting a local for a lunch time pint. What a life of misery! We’re still missing bits and bobs: sound of wheel being pumped up and releasing air out of a tire. We entrust Jamie to finish up the sound recording. He says he’s brilliant BUT we got our eyes on him!
