Made it to Roxy
Good old Simon-baby has managed to get his short film about our cycle cinema to Roxy in London. We’re excited about that as Roxy is a cool venue and was voted as one of the best 5 cinemas in London. Hurrayyyyy! Simon’s short film has been selected to be screened at their upcoming screening and networking event Film Connection @ Roxy, on Feb 27th, 08. You better be there or else …….!
Cycle Cinema at E-Day
| February 27, 2008 | to | February 28, 2008 |
Here we go again. Pedaling for a better world. This time we’ll be down in London outside St.Paul’s cathedral..not a bad place for a spot of screening, ha? We’ll be taking part in the launch of E-day. We’ll screen a few short films and some amazing photographic sideshow relevant to the topic of climate change. Over 24 hours, E-Day will be trying to show how even small energy saving measures can be made to add up, and potentially play a part in tackling climate change. Everyone who wants to take part in E-Day is being asked to leave off household electrical items, which do not need to be on, and to leave these items off for as long as possible. So, let’s all give it a go and turn off those damn appliances….
